Low FODMAP Meal Plan
This meal plan was created for those following a low FODMAP diet. FODMAP stands for Fermentable Oligo-saccharides, Di-saccharides, Mono-saccharides and Polyols, and is a group of sugars that are poorly absorbed and can be difficult to digest. This is generally an elimination-type diet, and can be helpful for those with various digestive concerns, including Irritable Bowl Syndrome (IBS). I would not recommend trying this diet out on your own, as it is complex and contains many foods that you are likely to regularly enjoy. I created this meal plan with the intention of providing tasty meals for those already following this diet under the advisement of a practitioner. Enjoy!
